How Data Is Used

Account Security

We use account data to authenticate users, protect accounts, support password reset or recovery features, and keep 2FA settings working as designed. Passwords are stored as hashes and 2FA secrets are stored encrypted at rest.

Site Operation

We may store request metadata such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, request ID, timestamps, page requests, and error logs to help prevent abuse, rate-limit spam, investigate incidents, and keep the site stable. Session cookies are used only for login and secure site navigation.

Forms, Newsletter, and Support

We use the information you submit in newsletter, contact, contract, invoice, feedback, questionnaire, and support tools to respond to requests, send confirmations, process subscriptions, and maintain records of your interactions with Kyrio.

Payments and Service Delivery

When you purchase a service, limited billing and payment data may be shared with the relevant payment processor. For Kyrio VPN, that can include subscription tier, payment status, and provisioning metadata needed to activate or maintain your service.

How We Handle Your Data

  • Minimized Data Collection
We only collect data that is reasonably needed for the feature or form you are using.
  • Secure Storage
Sensitive credentials are hashed or encrypted, and access is limited to the systems that need them.
  • No Cross-Site Tracking
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling tools on the site.

Third Parties

Some data may be processed by our hosting, email, payment, and security providers as needed to operate the site, deliver email, process invoices, provision VPN access, store logs, and scan files for malicious content. Those providers may have their own privacy policies that apply to the data they handle.
