By using Kyrio.us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. General Use
- Use the site lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not attempt to DDOS, SQL Inject, disrupt, overload, or damage the site in any way listed or unlisted.
- We may change or remove features at any time.
- Content is provided as available.
3. Content & Accuracy
Kyrio.us may publish articles, tools, announcements, media, and downloads on its site for free and/or paid use.
Use site information at your own discretion and verify important information as we do not guarantee that content is current, complete, or error-free due to the evolving nature of technology what may be true today may be outdated a few years from now.
4. Guest Writer Blog Posts & Submissions
Kyrio.us accepts guest content on a voluntary basis unless both parties agree otherwise in a signed digital contract. Kyrio.us does not pay for guest posts, and contributors do not pay for publishing, unless both sides agree in advance in writing.
By submitting content to us for a blog post, you automatically grant Kyrio.us and its owner(s) and operator(s) the right to publish, share, display, and edit the post on our website without compensation.
Submitting content does not require a fee unless a signed contract says otherwise.
- Kyrio.us may edit, format, schedule, approve, reject, or remove submissions and/or blog posts at any time without reason.
- Submission does not guarantee publication.
- No employment or contractor relationship is created unless agreed to beforehand in a digital contract where both parties agree and sign.
- Writers confirm they have the rights to submit the content and have no infringed upon applicable copyright laws. In such an event, Kyrio.us will not be held responsible for publishing such content as the persona(s) who submit the content certified that they hold the necessary rights and/or permission(s) for publication.
5. Intellectual Property
- Kyrio.us owns the site design, branding, text, code, graphics, and media.
- You may not copy, sell, republish, or redistribute site content without permission via digital contract where both we and the other party agree to in writing.
- If you submit content, you grant Kyrio the right to display, edit, publish, and format it for the site without compensation.
6. Prohibited Use
- Do not hack, scrape, bypass, overload, disrupt, or damage the site or its databases.
- Do not attempt to submit or upload malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Do not impersonate Kyrio or misrepresent your relationship with us.
- Do not use the site in violation of applicable laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Kyrio.us may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or actions.
8. Privacy
Your use of Kyrio.us is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may restrict or end access for users who violate these terms or interfere with the site.
10. Changes
Kyrio may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is posted on this page. We may notify our registered users of significant changes, but we do not send such notices to our newsletter subscribers. Newsletter recipients are not subject to the full Terms of Service because they have not created an account, nor are they our customers or clients. However, they remain bound by our Contact Terms and have expressly consented to receive email communications from us.
11. Contact Terms
We offer a contact form for new clients, as well as internal contact methods for paying customers. Our customers and future clients agree that they will not use our internal or external methods of commmunication for solicitation, spam, or innapropriate communications. Should graphic or illegal content such as CSAM be sent to us we have an obligation to report that to Law Enforcement.
